The bed was comfortable to sleep in and this place had the basics. Ok view but it’s just above the loading area so it’s busy. We went the first week of July so we had to open the windows at night and use the fan because there’s no AC. No biggie though. The pictures look nice however, the place is smaller and darker than pictured. There would be room to walk around the bed in the master if they went to a simple headboard instead of the oversized piece they have now. I’m always annoyed when you pay a cleaning fee and they ask you to take out the trash. I wouldn’t go back but the experience wasn’t bad.

The shuttle service was great. The Bus over to the Slopes at Sugar Mountain was great! The Condo was clean. The view is pretty. Pool area was nice!
The only thing that needed improvement was…
Needs more towels!
& the complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner & body soap all had water added to them. This can cause bacteria to grow. They really need to buy new stuff & not add water to them to make it last longer! Thank goodness we brought our own toiletries!

2114 at Sugar Top Resort is nice and the accommodations were fine. However, with no idea that the towels were in the bottom drawer of the second bedroom dresser, we did not find them until the day we were leaving. With no trash bags under the sink or anywhere to be found in the kitchen, that was a bit frustrating. There were only partial rolls of toilet paper available, and the hot water ran out rather quickly. Finally, with no broom in direct access, nor dust pan, it was not until one of us opened the closet labeled 'owner's closet', that we found a broom so that we might tidy up a bit. Other than that, this was my second time staying at a Sugar Top Resort condo and would certainly do it again. In addition, the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub are a nice comfort after a long day of skiing, no matter your age!
