Everything was nice and in order from start to end. This is a nice place for a small family getaway or weekend stay for two like I had. I was within walking distance to The Beach Front Deck Bar & Grill, which is where the event I attended was held. The host made contact with me to ensure I had received check in information and emergency contacts. I do recommend not parking under neath the house due to the soft sand after it rained.

Pros: Good location, beach access, clean, good parking. Cons: Online pictures were much older. House has some issues, furniture was uncomfortable, no Keurig. Pretty basic for the amount spent. Would probably not choose again.
