The house is great. It was perfect for us, the kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms and the beds were very comfy. However the house is advertised as * walk to sand*, the beach is a few blocks away. It's farther than I would be willing to walk with all our beach supplies and back after a day of sun and sand but it'a short drive away

The kitchen, bathrooms, and bed linens were clean. The extra blankets in the living room and the sofa couch were dirty (couch crevice packed with food crumbs) and the towels were stained but appeared clean. The microwave doesn't work and the grill is in horrible condition. We planned most of our meals around the grill and were able to make the small section that functions work. Which is good because the pots and pans all appear to have been used on the grill and are also in horrible condition. The deck is in horrible shape with nails sticking out everywhere and a large chunk is sagging. There is one piece of outdoor furniture falling apart and just has cushions added to the broken area. Four chairs and a small table were in good shape. The corner of the deck beside the grill seems to be storage for trash. If you need the outdoor shower you have to stand in the mud to use it which defeats the purpose of cleaning up. The toilet in the en suite bathroom did not flush well and came close to overflowing several times with not even toilet paper being flushed. Most of the silverware was also visibly dirty. The entry code lock did not function. If you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, this place is sufficient but if you plan to hang out and cook you're better off somewhere else.
