The plush, new beds ensure restful nights, while the cozy living room furniture invites relaxation. Gather around the dining table that seats 6, or enjoy casual meals at the bar with seating for 2.
We happily welcome your furry family members! With a non-refundable pet fee, up to 2 pets are allowed. If you have more than 2 pets, give us a call to discuss options with the owners—we’re here to help make your stay unforgettable.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!
A $300.00 security deposit “HOLD” will be processed 2 days prior to check in from the owners online booking platform. You will need to provide them with a credit card for this transaction “hold”. This is just a hold and will not be collected unless there are rule violations, damages to the property or guests do not follow the check out instructions. Please message us if you have any questions with regard to the security deposit. We are happy to help.

Prior to arrival communication was very good but the day of arrival which was Mother's Day we never received the code to obtain the keys. It was over 2 hours later then they said it would be. I tried every number given to no avail so we contacted VRBO. They also could not get them to answer. It was over 30 minutes and they offered us a refund and assistance to find another rental but I had already begun to get most of our belongings unpacked so I agreed to wait an additional 30 minutes. They finally answered but I felt the person I spoke with was a bit unconcerned we had been neglected, they did give us 1 additional night for free so we stayed.It have been helpful to be told that it gets windy at night so that we should cover up the front couch every evening so we had to chase down a few pillows but at least they stayed on the porch.Then a couple of days later we decided to use the grill and realized that it was still very filthy from the people before. So I had to spend time to clean it as best I could and I still couldn't get the grill itself clean so we used foil so as not to place our food on that dirty thing. Then we attempted to sit in one of the rocking chairs and it fell apart. Fortunately I was able to catch myself so I didn't break anything just a little soreness in my wrist. The place was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Very beachy looking! I would definitely recommend this place but be sure you get that code way in advance. The locals are welcoming.

Excellent property. We had a great time in Surfside and will definitely book again!!! Very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Nicely located, we walked every where. The beach is 5 mins away and there is a corner store 5 mins away that has everything you might need. House is well equipped. Only nit pick is that there were not enough trash bags and they were not clear on the listing about accepting only dogs as pets. Otherwise this is a fantastic place and I would recommend you book it.
