This townhome is located in the quiet Snowcreek Phase 5 neighborhood and is
one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Mammoth. The large windows

The unit is an upper floor unit with hardwood floors throughout. On the main
level is the open kitchen, living room and dining room allowing plenty of open
space for social gatherings. Cozy around the gas fireplace for game night on
the large sectional or catch a movie on the large flatscreen in the living
room. The dining area allows seating for 6, plus additional seating at the
kitchen bar for 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to
prepare family meals, and stainless steel appliances. The home comes with two
master suites, each featuring a King bed. The primary features an en-suite
full bathroom, double vanity with tub/shower combo while the second master
suite has access to a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower. An office desk
space allows you to set up your remote work space. With private laundry you
can enjoy all the comforts of home. The loft upstairs on the third level
features Queen over Queen bunk beds, and a third full bathroom with tub/shower
combo. This spacious floorplan allows the whole family to spread out, whilst
enjoying gathering in the main room. There is a spacious private deck with an
electric grill/smoker and seating for cook outs. Snowcreek phase 5 has an
outdoor year-round hot tub. All guests receive complimentary full access to

This home sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted
(one dog upon approval). There are 2 steps to this unit and there are 3 levels
inside, with the main living being on the second level. Guests will be
provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is
allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar
is updated in real time. Please note: There may be construction in and around
this complex during the Summer. This may include but not limited to repairs,
painting, parking lot resurface, deck repairs. We have no control over the
schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit
