Certified Property Authorization Number: TOML-CPAN-11379 The Lodge at Snowcreek is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom Condominium in the highly desired Snowcreek V Community. The Lodge provides sleeping, dining and relaxing for eight at the base of Sherwin Bowl with masterful views of the Sherwins and Mammoth Peak in Mammoth Lakes, California.
The second floor living room, dining and kitchen provide a comfortable retreat after a long day of skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or fishing. The living room offers comfortable seating and a great place to relax while reading in front of the fireplace and/or enjoying the 50” flat screen after an outdoor adventure. The Lodge includes a laundry room, linens and a fully equipped kitchen; all you need are your family, friends and groceries to enjoy a relaxing retreat in the majestic Sierra Nevada’s.
The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The lower-level 2nd master offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom and the “Bunk Room” offers four twin beds with bathroom conveniently across the hallway. The Lodge has a community hot tub, and also is located a short walk to golf, downtown, Mammoth Creek Park, and various hiking trails. With a short 5-minute drive to Main Lodge, Little Eagle, Eagle Express, and Canyon, a Mountain of experience is at your doorstep.
HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION –
In making this reservation, Guest(s) agree to hold harmless & indemnify the Owner & Rental Management for any liabilities, damage, theft, expense or cost arising from or related to any litigation or claim which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) occupancy & use of the rental property. This is including but not limited to any liability or claim for personal injury or theft or damage of personal property that is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s). The terms “Rental Management” & “Owner” are used in this agreement shall include their successors, assigns, heirs, employees, agents, and representatives where the context requires or permits. The terms “Guest(s)” and Licensee of Guest(s), successors, assigns, heirs, guests, invitees, representatives and other persons who happen to be on the rental property during Guest(s) occupancy (without regard to whether such persons have authority under this agreement to be at the rental property), where the context permits or requires.

We had a wonderful experience! The location is great, the condo was the perfect size, and having a garage to store our bikes and toys was essential. When we had any questions or issues, they were responded to very quickly. Would highly recommend!

The property was very clean, spacious, and cozy. The distance to Canyon loge was about 5 minutes drive. The only disappointment was that we couldn't use the fire place:(

We returned to this condo again this year, and we couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to stay. We really enjoyed the kitchen and barbecue. -This is our favorite condo in Mammoth, and we hope to return next year!

It had been years since I have been to Mammoth, before the Village was built, so I was not sure what to expect. This house is newly remodeled and beautiful inside and out. We had 2 families with kids and had plenty of room. The owners have done it right - Killer Plasma upstairs with Blue Ray with plasma's in both matser suites and just everything is super nice and clean ... we will definitly be back.
While there are closer places, we were less than 5 minutes from the village and mountain and enjoyed the wide open surroundings ... Snowcreek is on a golf course with a river. Unfortunately, we had no snow, but it appeared as though there was great sledding behind the homes, so walking distance away.
I reccomend this place and the service was great. Picked up the phone everytime I called and followed up to confirm we enjoyed the house and out trip.
