Pack Creek - Ranch House: Outdoor Complex + Sauna = Your Perfect Moab Getaway
The Space:
The Ranch House offers a spacious, ‘rustic luxury’ log cabin with a single level floor plan sleeping 2 to 12 people. With 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, you’ll find it ideal for a family vacation, group retreat, or romantic get-away for two. The absence of telephone and TV ensures you’ll have uninterrupted time, even as you remain in touch via high-speed internet. The living area features a native cobblestone wall with integral fireplace, a library wall and a view of the apple orchard. A large dining area connects to the fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer, and a half bath is located off the kitchen. The charming master suite has a king bed and old-fashioned claw foot bathtub; two other bedrooms have two queen beds each and share a hall bath with full tub/shower. Two daybeds under the dining window provide additional sleeping/seating. The back patio has a gas grill for cookouts and beautiful views of the mountains. And you won't find a better location in Pack Creek; this prime cabin is the closest unit to the large community swimming pool (traditionally open Memorial Day until Labor Day but subject to change), and shared hot tub and sauna (open year-round).
*Please note that there are currently short construction-related delays when accessing the cabin on weekdays, as well as some stages of imperfect pavement (with some small gravel sections here and there, depending upon the phase of construction and time of day) when heading through short sections of construction. More specific details to follow one a reservation is in place, but the cabin will always be accessible to all vehicles! Please reach out with any questions if you are unsure about access to the cabin with your vehicle/motorcycle/etc. in question.*
No pets are allowed in this unit.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.
Guest Access:
All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.

You can call us anytime with questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

The cabin was very accommodating for our group. We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday and had a group of 11 people ranging in ages from 9 months to 60. There were quite a few spiders as mentioned in other reviews, but I feel like that was to be expected considering the location of the property. The only negative aspect was that the hot tub never did get hot. It stayed at a barely like warm temperature. All in all, we really enjoyed the property and plan to return in the future.

Super cute, spacious house perfect for groups! Nice pool and yard for outdoor activities. Very quiet and much cooler up in the mountains than down in the valley. Would absolutely stay here again.

The kids loved exploring the creek and the rock garden. It was just a 15 minutes drive into Moab so great location. The hot tub area was nice. Some of us did use the showers in the hot tub area because the house really only had one shower. The house could use some updating, the beds were comfy but had dips, the clothes dryer took forever and the dishwasher didnt always do it's job. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend staying here.

I was so disappointed with this rental. I was hoping for cool mountain rustic vibes and what we got was something closer to 1980's wood paneling and a musty odor. The cabin was extremely difficult to find, especially in the dark and with zero cell service available in the area. I did receive an email with detailed directions, but given the remote location, nothing came through till we left the area and we were left searching in the dark. The host seemed to be more interested in our check out time than actually arriving to the property. We received a text message with a link to check out 24 hours before we had even arrived at the property. The kitchen was stocked with what felt like a treasure trove of thrifted goods, multiple coffee makers, random crock pots and really filthy cutlery, but sadly lacked anything to make someone feel at home - no coffee, no spices in the cupboards and no way to procure any of it cause the cabin is in the middle of no where. If you like glamping, this might be the spot for you cause you'll need to bring all of your own provisions for comfort. But if you actually want to stay somewhere that feels like civilization, I don't recommend this spot.
