We were only in town for a couple of nights, but this was a wonderful spot and the owner was very accommodating!

Our party of eight had a great stay at this townhome in Moab. The property was clean and check in was a breeze. The host was responsive and appreciative of any feedback I gave. There was plenty of space to spread out. Each of the three bedrooms had private access to a bathroom. The kitchen was well laid out and well stocked with tools for cooking meals at home, including a few thoughtful touches like hot cocoa and pancake mix. There weren’t any ziplock baggies or Tupperware, though, so bring your own if you want to store any leftovers. The dining table had 4 chairs and a long bench, with a couple folding chairs available in a closet. The washer and dryer are in a closet off the dining room and worked well. Laundry detergent was provided. Being in a townhome, you are close to neighbors, but all our interactions with them were pleasant, even when my kids peeked their heads over the back fence to say hello.
The view of the red rocks out back was beautiful. We loved the private hot tub. It wasn’t clean upon arrival, but after contacting the host someone was sent to clean it and part of our cleaning fee was refunded as compensation for the inconvenience. There are two doors to the back patio- one off the living room and one from the master bedroom. We ate a couple meals on at the outdoor table on the private patio while the kids were still dripping wet from the hot tub.
There were a few maintenance issues that caused me to rate four stars instead of five- 1. the front door didn’t latch properly. It could be pushed open unless the deadbolt was locked. 2. The locks didn’t work on the door to the upstairs master bedroom and door between the downstairs master bedroom and bathroom. 3. The faucet in the downstairs bathroom was loose - not just a little, it could twist and rock several inches. In order to turn it off you needed one hand to hold it still and the other hand to move the handle. Other than those issues, our stay was a delight.
