The complex is situated 1.2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away.

March Break Holiday 2026
We stayed in one of the properties managed by Happy Palm Springs in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and had a wonderful experience. The condo was fully equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It had spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made traveling with teens feel like a real luxury.
The best part was the location. We were right on the beach, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Everything about the place felt relaxed and perfect. As a bonus, we even got to see a rocket launch during our stay, which made the trip even more memorable.
Amanda checked in with us a few times, but everything was so great there was nothing to report. It was truly an amazing place that had everything we needed.
Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo. Plenty of parking. Very close to beach. Sounds of ocean out on balcony. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc for renters to use.
