Guests may experience construction noise and debris during typical weekday working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool and hot tub are expected to be closed for large portions of the project. We loved how close the beach access and pool were! Loved that it was ground floor, no dragging kids and stuff up and down stairs and elevators! Had a great stay!

Not enough space here ... replace master bed mattress! Replace living room couch. Replace living room doorwall screen. Master doorwall door doesn't open. Could make this unit much better.

This condo is perfectly located to: the beach, the pool, a grocery store and restaurants. parking was easy, check in EASY, communication GREAT. You could be on the beach in 3 minutes and run back to condo if you forgot something. Pool and hottub were 15 seconds from condo and are well kept up as well as locked and only for condo residents, which is nice since there is public beach parking close by and it could entice beach goers otherwise.The condo is not fancy, but is nice and has everything one would need for an AMAZING vacation at the beach. Beach chairs, cooler, toys and beach towels included. :-) The washer and dryer is a great addition to be able to wash the towels during your stay.Perfect for a family of four or two couples - each has their own bedroom and bathroom. (Master bath is a small ensuite, but hey - you shouldn't be spending tons of time inside..... The patio outside is large and opens right up to the lawn. AWESOME SPACE!I would definitely return again.
