This centrally located unit is situated on the second floor oceanfront northeast corner of the building. It gets lots of natural light and there is a very spacious wraparound balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean!

- open concept, light filled 2 bed/2 bath condo
- Gorgeous renovated master with King bed, ensuite, TV, walk in closet
- Two twin beds, TV, closet in the guest bedroom
- Kitchen with all major appliances, pots, pans, utensils and dishes
- Dining room with table that seats 6
- Living room with new comfy sofa and huge flatscreen TV
- Air mattress for additional sleeping
- Free parking & wifi
- Washer & Dryer inside of the unit
- Beach Essentials provided (2 chairs, an umbrella, toys, towels)
- Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, pack and play supplied

- Direct access to the beach! (no crossing any roads)
The complex is situated 1.2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away.

Nice condo. Plenty of parking. Very close to beach. Sounds of ocean out on balcony. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc for renters to use.

We booked this condo as our daughter was set to attend camp at Kennedy Space Center and we, being the adults, needed to still work some. We would drop her off in the morning, come back, my husband would swim a few laps in the pool, then we got to work - him set up in the dining room and me set up at the desk in the main bedroom. It worked out great! We would then enjoy the pool, beach, dinner out, etc. in the afternoons/evenings. We even got to watch 3 rocket launches just by walking out to the beach nearby. Enjoyed seeing bunnies, a tortoise and people watching from the balcony. Would definitely return.
