Spectacular breath taking views of the wide sandy beach and of the Atlantic Ocean will be yours at this beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom North Myrtle Beach vacation property!
Your family will love all of the amenities that the Crescent Shores resort has to offer. Enjoy taking a dip in the 110 ft. oceanfront swimming pool or floating around the 200 ft lazy river. Take a moment to relax in one of the hot tubs and of course the little ones will love splashing in the kiddie pool! This resort also has a fitness center and an indoor pool!
The condo is located in the South tower and has over-sized rooms that will be perfect for a family vacation as the condo sleeps 10. The condo boasts granite counter tops in the fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, a marble garden tub and an extra-large master bedroom that offers access to the oceanfront balcony. The large balcony is also accessible from the living room. What better way to start your day than by having your morning cup of coffee while viewing a magnificent sunrise!
Bedroom #1- King Size bed, private restroom with separate shower & Whirpool tub, TV and oceanfront balcony access.
Bedroom #2- King Size bed, private restroom with tub/shower combination, and TV
Bedroom #3- Queen size bed, sleeper sofa, private restroom, tub/shower, and TV.
Bedroom #4- 2 Queen size beds and TV.
Restroom #4- Across the hallway from bedroom #4, full restroom with tub/shower combination.
The condo is centrally located to a multitude of local restaurants with a family friendly oceanfront Irish pub within walking distance. Enjoy an evening of family fun at the Ocean Drive Amusement Park which is just a few short blocks away.
For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking garage with 2 parking passes.
Other things to Note:
This property does not allow smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes and vape pens (this includes smoking on the balcony)
This property is NOT pet friendly.
Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or other recreational vehicles are not permitted.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The parking garage is located directly across the street from the building.

If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
Sleeper sofas are not recommended for adult use. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa, please bring your own bedding, sheets, and pillows. (Queen size sheets will fit all sleeper sofas)

This condo sits on the perfect area on the beach for magnificent sunrises and sunsets. It has great amenities and is very well appointed. You only need to bring you clothes, turn the key and enjoy!

The condo unit itself was very nice and comfortable, even considering the loud construction that began at 8am and continued all week. The cleaning staff could do a better job overall. We had to re-wash the blankets (they smelled musty like they had been left in a washer for too long) and we refused to use the comforters that were on the bed because they were stained. The air vents looked moldy, and the unit smelled musty, but spraying Febreeze helped with the smell. The parking situation was ridiculous. How can you only give only two parking passes for a unit that sleeps 14 people, when the parking garage across the street was virtually empty all week? We ended up taking one vehicle to the Myrtle Beach airport (20 miles away) and parking in the long term lot for four days ($48). We had a few maintenance issues. The handle on the sliding door in the master bedroom was broken off and was fixed on Tuesday after we arrived on Saturday. The dishwasher leaked and although it was reported, wasn't fixed during our stay. I can say that maintenance was very professional and courteous, and the location was perfect. My suggestions to improve this property and the guests experience 1) enforce noise regulations (partying on the floor below us with speakers that rattled our windows at 2am 2) allow guests to purchase additional parking passes
