From sunrise to sunset, this comfortable soundfront getaway will captivate you with the many moods and colors of the beautiful Albemarle Sound.
On a quiet street in gated Colington Harbor, this 3 bedroom home offers many amenities including a, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite counter tops and a master bath with soaking tub and separate tiled shower. The master suite features its own private deck with panoramic views of the sound and historic Roanoke Island in the distance. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with one double and one twin, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a screened in porch, ceiling fans and more relaxing sound front decking with a picnic table and wooden Adirondack furniture.
In addition, the house has a firepit with adirondack chairs and its own private dock with a bench for fishing, crabbing, swimming or just enjoying the spectacular views of the sound.
Sorry, no motorized boats are allowed. Kayaks and canoes are welcome.

Well equipped rental. Enough room and parking. Great view. A little out of the way. Nice park and pool. Rental was clean enough but dust bunnies under furniture. We brought our own linen as purchasing their linen package means linens are delivered in a bin to the door... you still have to make the beds!
