The home features a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa, which faces the wood-burning fireplace and the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. On cold evenings, what could be better than luxuriating in the warmth of a fire?
If you feel like cooking, the fully equipped galley-style kitchen is ready for everything from a leisurely brunch to a quick pre-adventure snack. There's even a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A dining room table seats five.
Up to four guests are welcome to stay at this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms overlooks the fenced backyard.

Nice kitchen equipped with everything we needed for several day stay. Comfortable beds. Close to river trail a block away and couple minutes' drive to grocery store and downtown. Perfect for us driving to Mesa Verde NP, Telluride, Silverton, Ouray. Montrose.

Had a great time. Could walk to town and the river trail. Clean and supplied well.
The deer visited the area every day.
It was perfect for me and my bestie to have a great time in Durango.
Only comments that need changing would be dining room lights were too dim and door lock was a little finicky

Very nice small rental. Close to town, so able to walk to downtown area. House was nice , but nothing in back yard. A grill or seating might be nice. Overall, enjoyed it very much!
