Location of unit is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Living room is spacious, but needs more seating. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals but lacks proper seating to have meals. Both bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of storage for luggage and personal items. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for the cost.

We stayed one month. It did not occur to me that there would be no provision for meals other than a set of tv trays. The apt. is quite small, but there is room for a small dining table and chairs.
The ACthermstat is programmable, but no directions were available and the setting dropoed to 68 at 3 am each night! The manager did not reply to a request for instructions.
Also, there was no info on the tv or available programming.
The kitchen is not adequately furnished for meal prep.
Overall, this small, but nice apt. is suitable only for short stays and no more than two people.
