The Avenue Carriage House is a charming 500 sq foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the historic 3rd Avenue. It can sleep up to 4 guests with the queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Just 3 blocks to the train station, it's perfectly located to walk to everything Downtown Durango has to offer. The unit is newly constructed and has been completed with modern furnishings and high end stainless steel appliances. It has a private, south facing roof-top deck to enjoy the morning sun or evening BBQ. Durango permit #CUP14-07

Host was very friendly and welcoming. The Carraige house is perfect for two people, very comfortable. High end appliances, comfy bed, nice shower all made for a great stay. It’s an easy walk to downtown Durango. We will stay here again, for sure.

Wonderful stay for my daughter’s birthday! The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. Loved sipping coffee on the balcony in the cool fall mornings. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway.
