Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Cabourg, this charming flat less than a kilometre from the beach, with a surface area of 34 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with TV and storage space

- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- 5 m² south-west-facing balcony with chairs
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. There is also a car park 200m away.
