Step onto your private balcony to take in stunning ocean views from the brand-new outdoor seating and dining set (New July 2026), perfect for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or unwinding to the sound of the waves—be sure to take the virtual tour to see the updated balcony furnishings. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a decorative tile backsplash, a dishwasher, and everything needed for easy vacation dining, plus both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig compatible with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter. Conveniently located near the stairwell with direct beach access at the end of the building, this condo offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking oceanfront views for your next coastal getaway.
Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

My whole family came and everyone had a great time! The weather was nice and warm, but not too warm. The room was great and always enjoy staying on the 3rd floor to have a better view of the ocean. My daughters and sons-in-law and children had a great time and really enjoyed the pool. We had good food at several different locations around the Charleston area. A very good vacation and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect for our little family to enjoy a few days at the beach. This third floor cabin had a great ocean view and was updated with new floors, countertops, and bathroom. We enjoyed our quick trip to IOP.

There was several issues that I feel need to be addressed. The light switch in the kitchen is in need of repair as the plate is falling off. There was very little glassware and the silverware was horrible. The silverware was falling apart and there was only 2 smaller spoons. There was no measuring cups. The coffee pot only made 4 cups which I guess is okay if you’re not really a coffee drinker however I feel there should be a 12 cup one. The refrigerator was leaking water and the ice maker didn’t work The dishes were not clean so I had to rewash them. The TV in the living room was on wide screen therefore cutting off some of the picture and the remote for the actual TV didn’t work so therefore you couldn’t change the picture size. The closet doors kept coming off the track.
