We enjoyed our stay in this renovated condo! The living room furniture was comfy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. There was a bit of an ocean view even though it was on the first floor.

The overall beach theme of the unit was very nice and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, very thoughtful. We did not however realize how small it was, especially the bedroom and closet. We were in town to visit our granddaughter, who is interning in Charleston. I know the listing said one parking pass, we were hoping they would let us have one for her. She had to pay for parking her car. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we will not hesitate to go through them again.

We requested attention to the cable tv that never worked in the living room. Island Realty attempted 3 times to no avail and requested owner to address this issue. After that, we heard from no one. On the positive , we enjoyed the comfortable recliner sofa.
