About this apartment rental

This third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.

The kitchen includes upgraded cabinets and counter tops, plus new stainless steel appliances including a French door style refrigerator.

The cozy bedroom, typical to Sea Cabins, has been opened up to the rest of the condo with glass French doors. No feeling cramped here! The addition of a built in dressing vanity/workspace with upper cabinets in the hallway makes this area very functional.

The condo sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living area.

Sea Cabins are the perfect place for a family get-a-way or romantic vacation.

The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area September - November. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.

Easy to find location with a stunning view of the Ocean! The outside property is clean and well kept. You also see a lot of the freights/cruise ships coming into port. The condo it's self was not so great. Smells of mold which you can see black mold by the ceiling lights. The carpet is extremely dirty. Multiple lights didn't work (bedroom side light, porch, bedroom main light). Dishes that were put away were disgustingly dirty. Bathtub was not draining so not sure how that could have been cleaned. I personally cleared an insane hair clog to get it to work. The gate/pier code didn't work and it was found to be "expired" and it was frustrating that a new code wasn't sent when this occurred. There is also no security of a lock at night for the front door. Even hotels give this option. And we found out that the gate is not individual codes so how often is the door code really changed and who has access? Makes it feel uneasy staying at night not knowing if someone could come in.

We really didn't expect a brand new condo, but the finishes left some room for improvement. Great location with plenty of dining options and very close to the ocean. Had a wonderful stay in a great place.
