Enjoy the best of oceanfront living when you come to stay at 322 B Sea Cabin, a stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views! This third-floor condo is in building B of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, a centrally located community on Ocean Boulevard with a resort-style pool, laundry facility, and private fishing pier. Enjoy beautiful ocean breezes and waking up to the beach in this lovely Isle of Palms condo!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. There are no elevators at the Seas Cabins.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.

This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the condo to find a hallway with two convenient small built-in bunk beds—a smart solution if you need more sleeping space, and they're a hit with kids! You'll immediately notice the shiplap that goes throughout the condo and adds a modern finished look. Continue on past the full bathroom, which offers a gorgeous tile shower and plenty of shelves and baskets for extra storage. Walk further down the hallway, and you'll come across the main open concept kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with both a Keuirg and regular drip coffee maker. The kitchen has been completely renovated and has a gorgeous tile backsplash and new modern fixtures. Two large bar stools are at the island so you can enjoy all the meals you whip up for the day.

The living area is furnished with a plush slip cover couch and cozy chair to relax after a day in the waves. There are side tables with a lamp and universal charging station so your devices can stay charged while you enjoy the ocean views. Tune into your favorite shows on the large flat-screen television and stay connected on your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. A ceiling fan is in the room for additional comfort and sliding glass doors lead out to the ocean-facing third floor balcony.

The views can't be beat when you step out onto the patio and see the Atlantic Ocean. The patio is furnished with two sets of chairs with a poof and has new tile flooring to elevate the outdoor space.

Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen size bed and dresser with shelves up top for extra storage. At a compact size with high-quality amenities and an excellent beachfront location, this beautiful beach condo is perfect for a little escape to Isle of Palms!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25- no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

we've been staying at the sea cabins for years, prob almost 20 units by now over the years and this unit is def in my top 3. very very comfortable: the bed, the couch, everything. great ocean view, lots of storage and just very thoughtful how the entire home functions, almost like the hosts have actually stayed there and made sure you had everything you needed. the design is beautiful and makes you feel like you can rest and recharge. thank yall for a lovely stay!

to be honest, we were disappointed in the place and area.While I was aware of the no elevator or washer & dryer was still inconvenient and will never get a place without these again. Was under the impression that each building had the washer & dryer, there was only one area for the whole complex. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. Bedroom too small and the bed frame stuck out; which due to small room we were constantly bumping our legs on it. IOP was not for us; way too commercialized. The location was VERY close to party alley. We really enjoy Charleston and will go there again, but will not be staying at this property or IOP.
