Things to know prior to booking your stay:
The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including about 6-8 stairs up to the 1st floor.
Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Coin Laundry On Site next to the Pool. Guest may pay with cash/change or download their app to pay via credit card.
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass. A second pass may be given dependent upon availability.
The community pool is not heated and is open year round.
No smoking. A $500 fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exceptions are given unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. The grounds are monitored daily by regime management.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, fantastic dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV.
The hallway consists of 2 small sized bunks built-in to the wall - perfect for a small child or for storing luggage. They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This condo is located in a family-oriented area so we please ask that all guests be considerate of other guests staying in nearby units. Noise travels easily and can be surprisingly much louder for condos on the lower levels. This is not a rental that will accept bachelor/bachelorette groups, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, or any other types of unapproved gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - NO EXCEPTIONS! We do NOT allow a parent or legally responsible adult to make reservations for anyone under the age of 21. If such a group occupies or makes an attempt to occupy the property, then they will be required to immediately vacate. There will be NO refunds given. And as a reminder, this property is strictly a non-pet friendly property. The guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be in the property or on the property grounds at any time.

The condo was great, the bed left a lot to be desired, not comfortable at all. The location was wonderful. We did have some issues with other guests hanging outside our door at 10 pm being really loud. At one point one of them was actually leaning against our door. Kids running up and down the hall and stairs all the time. However, we loved the condo and would definitely stay again. Hopefully the weather will cooperate then, as we were in the middle of a tropical storm named after my father in law! Lol!

A nice place for a weekend getaway. The condo is a bit small and there is inexplicably a parking lot between the balcony and the beach. We were there on a weekend with extremely heavy rain and the parking lot was flooded with 4" of water the whole time we were there - which made loading and unloading difficult. The bed was on the too firm side and we could never figure out how to get the volume to work on the TV. Further, our door code did not work when we arrived. Kitchen was decent, but the futon under the TV is fairly useless as you fell out of it i you tried to sit on it. The pool does not open until 9AM so forget any idea of watching the sun rise while taking a morning dip.Inside was very clean and you could tell the property managers were trying their best to make guests feel welcome.On the whole, it was a nice place to stay for a long weekend near Charleston and the price was right.

We came and stayed for a baseball tournament, and one of the big draws was the listing showed laundry. And this is my fault for not reading the fine print and assuming, but I thought that renting a condo the laundry would be in our room. But the laundry was over by the beach and you had to pay for it, and with only a few machines for the whole development and people leaving their stuff behind for hours, it was an hours long debacle to wash clothes. I’ve stayed at other VRBOS and used the message option to communicate and always received quick responses. I sent a message on day 2 and never received a response. The space was ok, definitely needed repairs (wires all over, tape over outlets, needs paint) but it is what it is. I was really excited for this stay, just slightly underwhelmed.
