About this apartment rental
This is the vacation condo you've been waiting for. Ground floor unit with no steps to gain entry. Once inside you will find a newly renovated condo with comfortable furnishings and bedding and tasteful decor all around.
The living room can comfortably seat 5 and has a large flat panel TV. The dining room can seat 4 and the kitchen can seat 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Just off the living room is a covered patio with 2 rockers, a cafe table and chair.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed an an en-suite bath with a combo tub/shower. This bedroom has a large flat panel TV. Again, we can't say enough about the decor.
The second bedroom has two twins, flat panel Smart TV and shares a hallway bath with other guests. This bath also has a tub/shower combo.
Whether you're here for multiple months as a snowbird or shorter stays as a vacation rental this is where you want to be. The Ocean Walk complex has much to offer. Two pools and one is heated. There is a catch and release lake for fishing, tennis courts, clubhouse, and work out room. Walk to the Pier/Village area and only 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access points. The complex is golf cart friendly.

This was our (myself and my sister) time on St. Simon Island and we both fell in love! The condo was perfectly situated between the pool and the pond and easy walking distance to some of the cool local shops. There was everything we needed or wanted and we cannot wait to stay with you again! We now want to retire on the island! Thanks so much!!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part though we ran into a few issues. The floors were really dirty which shows they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. Our feet were black after walking around in there within the first hour. They said they were sending someone the next day to clean the floors but I’m not sure if they did or not. I’d have appreciated being refunded the cleaning fee at least. The outlet in one of the bedrooms didn’t work so my daughter was unable to watch tv the first night. Someone did come look at it and fixed it so she was able to watch the tv the next two nights. The water pressure in the shower is extremely low and the shower didn’t feel very clean either. It seemed to need some repairs or replacement altogether. The dryer kept cutting off while it was supposed to be drying clothes. The washer made some loud noises. The large bed was very comfortable. That was honestly the best part.
