The stay overall was very good and I will recommend this condo for small families. It was well equipped, close to the pier village, easily walkable, and to the neighborhood amenities, which were very nice. The neighborhood is cozy and a good mix of residents and vacationers. The condo was mostly clean, with a little left to do in each bathroom and more than one extra trash bag would’ve been helpful. Our main issue was that the dryer and oven were both needing repair and unable to be used during our stay. We didn’t learn of this until the day before our reservation, and the host did give us a 150 credit if we chose to keep our reservation. At the time, we were already on the way and didn’t have the opportunity to look for other options so we kept our stay as is and accepted the credit. The other issue we ran into was with the door code, but the host helped with that quickly. Lastly, there was a neighborhood issue that required the water to be turned off to the condo the last 3 days of our reservation from 10a-3p. I’m not sure if this was planned, but if it was, I would’ve appreciated that information in my reservation decision as it did impact our family’s use of the condo those days. Overall, nice place, fair price, good proximity to amenities. Just a few items that are notable and that would’ve been greatly helped by prompt communication.

Highly recommend. We initially hesitated given this property didn't have as many reviews as some of the others. However, appreciated everything from the competitive pricing, strong communication from the host, and newly renovated features and nice tasteful furnishings that stood out from other vacation rentals. Will definitely go back if available next time we vacation in the area!
