Welcome to 202A – Two Bedroom Condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

- Located on the second floor; stair access only (no elevator available)
- Living room with comfortable seating, fireplace, and TV
- Dining table and kitchen peninsula with seating to accommodate the whole group

- Balcony with chairs overlooking the Spring Brook Golf Course, ideal for peaceful relaxation
- Shared outdoor firepit and two gas grills
- Just a 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Clubhouse
Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
- Please note, in accordance with local regulations and other policies, we do not provide: Shampoo, conditioner, or body wash
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you'd like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

Our host was great. Very responsive and accommodating. We loved the unit new and clean and well appointed. The club house and indoor pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing and the attached restaurant and bar was a bonus having it the same building! Thank you again for a great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Spring Brook Resort. The condo felt huge with big rooms. Staff were friendly and having the bar and grill available when we were at the pool was great. Having laundry on site and two bathrooms were a big plus. It was nice to be just outside of downtown and have green space to look at. We will plan to stay again.

Great Location. The only issue I had was that the dishwasher didn’t work and the tv in Master Bedroom is very small. And the living room is small as well. I would suggest upgrading them to smart tvs. Also, I would suggest airing out the place when you have a booking because there was a funny smell I guess due to the property not being occupied. Other than that no other issues.
