Welcome to 103A – Two Bedroom Condo. This accessible 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private patio to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
- Please note, in accordance with local regulations and other policies, we do not provide: Shampoo, conditioner, or body wash
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you'd like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

Spring Brook has so much to offer with indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant, grilling ability and golf! It was very nice being outside of the hustle and bustle of the Dells.
Condo was nice. Lightning was a bit dark making it hard to play games at the table. Also the king bed really needs to be replaced with deep groves from people sleeping.
We sure enjoyed the outdoor pool and the pool side food and bar. Great for couples or families.

Very clean, ample room for all of us. 4 adults and 3 teens. Staff very helpful when we needed more blankets and pillows ! Overall great experience!!!

We were very happy with our stay. We really only have two small pieces of feedback. The fitted sheets were too small for the beds. The fitted sheets came off every night on every bed. Also, the restroom in the outdoor pool area needs to have some sort of slip resistant mats added. My little ones slipped and fell several times during our stay. Other than that, everything was great!

This condo is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is stocked perfectly with everything you will need. It also is very spacious. We had room to spread out.
The indoor & out door pools were great. They also were not overly crowded. That was a huge plus.
This was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be back next year.
