The home is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials to make cooking and entertaining a breeze. For outdoor relaxation, a charcoal grill is available for guest use (just bring your own charcoal), and the fire pit is perfect for cozy nights under the stars (firewood not included). Whether you’re indoors or out, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

Guest Access:
Please do not enter the shed in the backyard, this is not part of the listing and is off limits to Guests. Any abandoned buildings/sheds in the wooded areas are not included in the listing and are off limits.
Heated garage next to house is included in listing, there is a garage door opener located in the house, by the window at the kitchen bar top. This opener is hanging on the wall. (NOTE: Garage door should NOT be opened during cold season, please use side door to access garage, key is located with garage door opener)
The Neighborhood:
Secluded lot on the outskirts of Lake Delton make this a comfortable, private place to get away with the family.
Getting Around:
Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.
Other Things to Note:
The garage has been converted into a game room with foosball, air hockey, ping pong, darts, and card table included (playing cards and poker chips available in the main house for guest use).
There is a charcoal grill, please bring your own charcoal.
Firewood is not provided, please bring your own.
No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

We had guests arrive from all over stay here. Great location, easy to find, right off the Interstate. Plenty of room for everyone, Garage/Game Room was great entertainment.

Our group of friends stayed at the property for a golf trip. We had a ton of fun in the game room and sitting by the fire after our rounds of golf.

The house was nice, fire pit was provided with wood, someone left charcoal so we bought lighter fluid and grilled outside. Any problems (plumbing-slow drains-things people don’t bother reporting ) were responded to. Like with most rentals, lots of silverware but paring knives don’t seem to work-hard to cut strawberries! Otherwise enjoyed.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay - the house was beautiful, kitchen well stocked, and lots of great entertainment for our kids including TV and games. There were a few issues though that kept us from rating this higher.
1. Very poor documentation. The owner sent me an email with check in information but it was missing the front door code. Thankfully I noticed and emailed him in time so we had the code when we arrived. Once we got in the house, however, there was very little documentation including nothing about the wifi password. I emailed the owner again to get the password but never heard back.
2. There was no soap in the bathrooms, no extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent or sponges to do dishes so we had to buy all of these items ourselves.
