Second time staying at Spring Brook but first time at this location. Property fit 3 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies plus some. Washer/dryer feature is great, only critique was that the dryer was very slow to dry so it took multiple cycles. Backyard was great, house was clean. TVs were all app compatible so that was a bonus. Always great responsiveness from the resort on minor issues.

I love that the property is close to everything and has an indoor/outdoor pool with a playground . Bar for the adults everything was so nice and clean the house was stocked with everything you need. I loved the kitchen utensils and non stick frying pans
