Charming 1930's two story beach cottage right on the sand! This unique home consists of a two bedroom, two bath front house with a private one bedroom one bath unit (includes kitchen) above the garage in the rear of the building. Large front patio with great ocean views, two car parking with another space behind, and non-coin up laundry in the garage.
**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**
General Info:
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.
**All reservations are subject to owner approval**
Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.
Parking: 3 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage with 1 space behind.
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, pillows, sheets and towels are provided!
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.
You may want to bring: Charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

The house was as described. It was great! Plenty of towels, utensils and pots/pans. The provided soap/shampoo was helpful as well! There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint. Roughly half the windows don't open and the majority of the others need an additional piece of something to hold them open. One window in the casita was broken from the start. It was locked at only an inch open which greatly restricted air flow. On hot days this made for a very uncomfortable few hours in the late afternoon.
Other than that we had a wonderful time!

Still happy with our stay. Second stay at this beach house . Small kitchen but other than that nice. If you like older beach cottages a must stay. Clean and choice location.

It’s a pretty busy spot, and there is a lot going on here. The boardwalk isn’t in front of this property which is great, but there is added traffic on the side as it is beside the road up to the beach.
It was really cozy.

Property was wonderful. Right on the beach. Perfect for our teenagers to enjoy the fun on the beach.
