This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom corner home sits on Newport Beach's Balboa peninsula with expansive views of the ocean, Catalina Island, and all of the beautiful sights that Newport has to offer. Just a few houses away from the sand, this home was built by renowned builder Berk Properties and completed in 2018. It is one of the nicest and most expansive homes available for vacationing families in the city!
Offering more than 300 days a year of sunshine makes this location one of the greatest in the USA. Millions of visitors flock to Southern California beaches every year, and for good reason. On the second level of the home are four bedrooms all with full en-suite bathrooms. The home was built with two separate master suites with master baths and king beds. - Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

Beautiful home very close to the water. Definitely plan to stay here once a year. There were even some beach chairs and sand toys in the storage bin on the patio.

very nice house and perfect for my family. The home was clean and well stocked and the management team is very nice and responsive to any needs. we had no issues with the house during our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time house slept us all very comfortably. Great distance from the beach to pop back and forth. We did a rate it a 5 star and would stay again. We did wish there were more towels to have as many people as we did staying I would have liked to see more towels and not be using the same two towels all week. The sheets could use an upgrade as well they were rough. The place stayed nice and cool but if you need extra bedding because your cold bring it. There was really no extra blankets or pillows.

Very clean and beautiful property but not what was sold. No tv access, no propane in fire pit and worst of any property I’ve stayed at as far as communication from host. Would be the biggest concern if ever recommending the property. Would like to be reimbursed for the lack of propane and access to technology while staying.
