The views from this property are unmatched. You sit on your patio watching surfers every morning. Directly on the sand. A few blocks from the paved beach walkway.We rented bikes for the week and rode all over Newport. It is walkable but we wanted to venture around. Make sure to try Lido Market for high end dining and shopping.Seaside donuts were amazing. Charlie’s Chili had great omelettes all day. Mutt Lynch’s had the best afternoon drinks and people watching.Loved the stay. Would definitely cone back!

Property owner is exceptional at communicating and amazing to work with! This location is great as it is not in front of the boardwalk, but very close to it. We loved that it is on a corner. The home is well taken care. I've rented a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and most of the time they never look as good as they do in the pictures. This one does, however! The bi-fold doors on the top floor in the master overlooking the water, make it worth renting.The home is well stocked with pretty much everything needed, and its great that it has a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, etc. We also loved those same big doors downstairs. We went over spring break and unfortunately it was insanely windy and chilly. The large doors made it easier to stay indoors and not feel as claustrophobic having to be indoors.The outdoor patio area was lovely, and again; it was nice to have a property that has outdoor furniture that is clean and well-maintained, unlike a lot of VRBO's directly on the beach. The second master at the front of the home is extremely large with an equally impressive bathroom and closet. It would be great for a family that had small children as you could easily set up a pack n play, along with an air mattress for toddlers or small children. We appreciated the extra towels available. The only recommendation would be nicer quality bed linens that are commensurate with the nightly rate of the home. They felt like they came from Costco or Amazon.

Truly cannot say enough amazing things about this home on the sea. The check-in process and communication with the host were flawless. It is clean, updated, well-stocked, and HUGE. Beds are comfy as can be, rooms are spacious, and all is beautifully decorated. There is an endless supply of fun to be had given that you are steps to the sand. The house comes fully stocked with all the beach supplies you could ever need, plenty of serving dishes/kitchen items, and a grill. The outdoor patio is well-kept with a large table, fire pit, and couch. There is a two car garage which is an added bonus. If I could rate this house, I would rate it 100 out of 10. Truly the best place I've ever stayed.

This house was really nice! It looked like they just remodeled the entire home; beautiful new tile in all the bathrooms, quartz countertops in kitchen and new appliances. I also appreciated the nice linens and pillows in the master bedroom. Very comfortable bed. The view from the bedroom was incredible. The house was right on the sand, so the kids played a few feet away while we had lunch on the patio. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay immensely. We will definitely be back!

This part of the beach is much quieter than other areas but still easy walking distance to bars/restaurants and close to grocery stores, etc. Well appointed and super clean. This property was perfect for our family. The house had everything you could need and so much more. They had tons of toys, outdoor chairs and games to play. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we need to cook or store left overs/snacks. The hosts gave wonderful instructions before and during our stay on everything needed. This home was perfect for our family! You could hear the ocean clearly and we went to the beach almost every day to play in the waves and build sand castles. It was great because there were many sand toys for the kids, corn hole for the adults, boogie boards for the adventurous souls in the group and lawn chairs for coffee by the water each morning. Since there is no walking path in front, it makes the patio more private. There was an outdoor dining table and firepit for our evening gatherings. The front master is breathtaking while the back master is enormous with its own small balcony/patio with partial ocean view. I am very particular, and the cleanliness, serve ware, bedding, towels and amenities were impressive. The owners made check-in and check-out a breeze. There is garage parking which was also convenient. The store is a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk. We also walked to the pier a few times to eat and for the weekend Farmer's market. I HIGHLY recommend this FABUOUS home!

First, when I say I would stay again, that means a lot. The location was great. I loved being right on the beach. As others have said you're about two blocks from the walkway that is in front of most homes. It was nice not having that as it made the home much more private and allowed for some of us to be on the patio while some were on the sand, but we were still together. Side notes about the patio: even in direct sunlight you could walk on it barefoot and not burn your feet and has an automatic awning attached to the house which I loved since I can't spend too much time in the sun. There were several chairs, table, beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas for use. It is also an easy walk to at least a few restaurants (we didn't explore too much), a grocery store, and a park for my grandson. Parking is often a problem in a beach home but we were able to park a Chevy Tahoe and Toyota Corolla HB inside the garage and a Honda Civic right in front of the garage. The interior of the home was comfortable with plenty of space for 8 adults and 1 one-year old - both sleeping, getting ready, hanging out, etc. The WiFi was strong enough that my husband could instruct his online class from the house. There was more than enough items in the kitchen for cooking. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, and TP. The only slight negative I can even mention is that the a/c seemed loud, but you get used to it and the house stayed as cool as we wanted so it was well worth it.

We absolutely loved this house the location cannot be beat. It is nice to be close to boardwalk but not right on it as you don't have all of the foot traffic. The house is the perfect beach house with great views, outdoor seating/dining, windows and doors that open up and let you enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Great kitchen set-up and nice washer and dryer that we used almost daily to help keep up with all the sandy wet clothes from the beach. The owner gave us great suggestions for restaurants and recommended places nearby to stay for family that didn't stay at the house.
