We will be coming back to this house for its excellent location on the beach, away from the beach sidewalk and it’s just a walk to the shops and the pier. Gorgeous views from the master bedroom and the house. Gorgeous sunsets at the beach. And sleeping to sound of the ocean was peaceful and relaxing.

This house is so so so lovely. Perfect for two families to enjoy a lovely stay at the beach. We loved the house so much, and we would absolutely stay there again. Meanwhile, when we had questions, the owner was super responsive via text.We also liked that the house comes with lots of boogie boards and beach chairs, and the deck on the beach is just absolutely lovely! :)

Everything was exactly as promised—the home was ready right on time and was exceptionally clean upon arrival.The property itself is spectacular. It looks just like the photos, if not better, and is beautifully decorated with a high-end, yet comfortable feel throughout. The home is also very well stocked—you can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they might need. The kitchen, in particular, was fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you could ask for, along with a few thoughtful staple items that came in handy.One of our favorite touches was the welcome care package with coffee and snacks—such a simple gesture, but it really set the tone for the stay.The views are absolutely stunning, and being right on the beachfront made the experience even more special. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure—surprisingly—was some of the best we’ve experienced in a rental in a long time.Overall, this was an exceptional property and provided a perfect space for our team during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier Newport Beach experience.

Fabulous location, spectacular views, beautifully kept beach just outside the patio, restaurants within walking distance and a small city park as well. House was tastefully decorated, well maintained and had everything we needed, especially loved and used the gas fire pit table at night.
