We had an amazing stay and the house had everything we needed. It was perfect place to spend quality time with family. The hot tub was so nice too.

Good place and location. Disappointed that the listing say Air conditioning when it doesn’t have that. It only has a fan. Rooms were too warm at night. Couldn’t open windows because of allergies so we look for air conditioning. Not the best sleep at nights here.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Perfect location, perfect amenities and a bonus that everyone had their own separate room and bathroom. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

The home was lovely, but the kitchen had not been cleaned after the previous guests.I had to clean it myself. One of the upstairs bathrooms had a moldy shower curtain and dirty rug, I washed the rug, the itrip people sent a new shower curtain.
There is parking for two cars, no parking in the driveway and no parking on the street unless you are an owner. We had 3 cars, I called the itrip people, they told us we could park on the street without being towed.
The morning after we checked in, the Kuerig coffee makers did not work. I wanted to make smoothies for my grandchildren, but both blenders were broken. The itrip people sent a new Kuerig and a new blender the next day.
I did ask to have my cleaning fee reduced, I never heard from the itrip manager.
Having to deal with so many issues and phone calls/messages to itrp in 3 days was a drag on our time in Heber City.
I would not recommend this property.
