This house is perfect for your ski trip this year to Deer Valley Resort or the Park City Ski area. We are 2 minutes away from the Deer Valley Resort Express Gondola! Amazing ski access without the crowds and the hassle. 3,573 total square feet of the house. This is the largest home in the Shores development and is a single-family home, not a duplex house with shared walls. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The main floor primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bath, 32 TV, and stunning mountain views. The 2nd master has a king-size bed, private deck, master bath, and 32 TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and a 32-inch TV, and a trundle bed (sleeps 2). The 4th bedroom has a queen-size bunk bed and a bunk that sleeps 3 + plus a private bath with a bathtub. Total of 16! This house is perfect for one or two families staying together (or one family). The house has 3 floors; Viking appliances in the kitchen, a 42-inch plasma TV in the living room, an iPod wireless docking station, downstairs has a bar, with a pool table, and 42-inch Plasma TV with surround sound, and a private hot tub outside.
A car is recommended for this location.

We are a large extended family of 10 and have been coming to the Park city area for several years now but as the prices on the mountain keep increasing, we decided to give Heber city a try and we were pleasantly surprised! The house was very spacious. Had plenty of space for all of us with three floors and large area where we could all eat together on the nights we cooked in (everything you need to cook too). It really is only a 15 minute drive to the mountain. It was totally worth it - super easy. We skied at Park city and if you have four people in the car, the parking is free When we first looked at rental vehicles, the prices were very high for a week, but we booked one closer to our stay and we got a nice Dodge ram truck for 500 for the week! The property manager was very attentive. We had an issue with the Hot Tub temperature and they sent somebody out right away and then we couldn’t get the downstairs TV to connect and they actually came same day and replaced the entire TV. Very happy with the house the service and the communication. If we decide to return next year to Park city we will definitely be staying here.

We were blown away by this house. The perfect amount of space for a group of 8-10 girls (but would fit more). Very easy 15 minute drive into Park City. House was clean and cozy and the two fireplaces and balconies made for great photos. Hot tub was amazing—it’s semi-private but we never saw any neighbors and had a great time. Incredible views from every bedroom. Great size kitchen, extra bonus room, TVs, tons of kitchen supplies… I’d recommend this house and would love to stay here again next time I visit Park City!!
