Mayflower Jordanelle Lakeside is a great choice for your next vacation any time of the year. This luxury townhome is just minutes to the Jordanelle Reservoir and one and a half miles to Deer Valley Resort Jordanelle Express Chairlift. You will also be near Park City and all its wonderful shopping, restaurants and activities. This property offers endless views of lake and mountains in a peaceful setting.
This newly constructed three-level townhome offers a spacious 4,050 square feet of living space. You will find five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep up to 12 guests in true comfort.
Entering the home through main level front door, you will step right into the spacious great living room, kitchen and dining area. This space is accentuated by high ceilings and spectacular views.
Living Room: Features a comfortable and spacious sectional sofa, 65” Smart TV with streaming services, a warm gas fireplace and don't miss the shelf full of books and games for your enjoyment. You can step out onto the adjacent deck to truly enjoy the fresh mountain air and views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances, lovely quartz counters and a center island with convenient seating for three.
Dining Room: The dining area has seating for eight and lovely surrounding views.
Game Room: (lower level) — This fun space offers something for everyone in your group. There is an enormous sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, a 77” Smart TV with streaming services, and a beverage fridge. You will also find a game/poker table, shuffleboard and pool tables, and more board games!

Grand master bedroom (main level) — King size bed, Smart TV, and a desk (there is a monitor in the closet available for your use). The private bath offers double sinks, an oversized shower with multiple shower heads, a soaking tub, heated floor, and an expansive walk-in closet.
Master Bedroom 2 (upper level) – King size bed, Smart TV, a desk (there is a monitor in the closet available for your use). The private bath offers double sinks, heated floor, and an oversized shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 (upper level) – Each bedroom offers a full-size bed and a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill style bathroom with two sinks, heated floor, and a separate shower.
Bedroom 5 (lower level) — Queen size bed, Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with a heated floor and shower on this level.
Outdoor Spaces: There is a wrap-around deck on the main level with a natural gas BBQ and fabulous views. The lower-level patio has an outdoor cushioned sofa and chairs and an 8-person hot tub to relax in after a full day of activities. And great views from here too.

This home was extremely well stocked not only in quality but in quantity. Towels, bedding and pillows were readily available and the kitchen was well stocked with high-end utensils and equipment. The views were breathtaking! Would definitely stay here again!

This location had amazing views of the lake and mountains. There were many activities to entertain my family such as a pool table, games, hot tub and movies. The location was great for us because it was central to Park City and Midway. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back, it was very spacious as well.

Wow! What a great place to stay when in Park City. Close to town and all of the things to do, but away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, low traffic, beautiful views of the Reservoir and mountains, nice walking paths/trails, etc. The home itself is very big, with plenty of space for the entire family. It's clean, comfortable and well stocked. Gas grill, huge hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard, outdoor lounge area, etc. While it's close to the Reservoir and State Park, it's not really walkable. We were hoping to be able to swim, kayak, etc. but didn't get the opportunity.We had a couple of minor issues, but with a quick text to the property manager, they were quickly resolved. Having stayed in many VRBO's, this was a huge plus for us.We spent a week in PC at this home and could have stayed a lot longer. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Park City, Deer Valley, etc. and would definitely book again!

The house was perfect for everyone to stay. The kitchen is full of anything you could want. We had a wonderful time staying at the house or going 5 minutes to the beach for the day.
