Perfectly located in the heart of Nags Head near Mile Post 13, this home offers sweeping ocean views, sunset vistas over Jockey's Ridge, and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.
Spend your days relaxing by the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, or gathering on the rooftop deck for sunrise coffee and evening cocktails. When you're ready for the beach, a public access (Small St.) is just approximately 700 yards away — an easy walk or quick drive with parking nearby — giving you the best of both beach time and private resort-style living back at the house.
Designed with larger groups in mind, each of the eight bedrooms features its own private bath, providing comfort, space, and privacy for everyone. The open great room and multiple decks create plenty of room to spread out, while the game room with pool table and shuffleboard keeps guests entertained long after the sun goes down.

The property is located in an area where you can walk to some restaurants. Beach access wasnt to bad as long as you are able to walk well. They do need to attend to some minor issues with appliances. Skillets stick terribley so you might want to bring 2 if you plan on cooking. But this was a minor thing that did not impact our stay in the least bit. The house is beautiful and we are already in the process of renting next year.

Pros: This was my first time renting a house in OBX, we were able to get in the house a bit early which was nice. The house was clean and tidy and had all the appliance we would need. The beach access wasn't too far of a drive. Ample driveway space, and trash cans.Cons: However, there was several issues with the house not being well maintained. 1. Description/photos of the pool and hot tube was a bit off in the way they made it look bigger than it was. 2. The Air Intake vent was absolutely disgusting full of dirt and cobwebs, 3. had to call Maintenace for a wobbly celling fan, door lock that was broken and the ground floor had a very bad smell to it. {Maintenace did come next day to fix 2 out of the 3 problems} nothing they could do with basement smell. 4. Outside grill was so dirty we opted not to use it ;( 5. Pool lights were nonfunctional, hot tube cover was broken, several broken screens. Volleyball court grass was not cut. All in all, the rental property was ok, and served its purpose. Not sure I would recommend this property to anyone. Hopefully they will fix and maintain this property better for future guest. Especially for the amount of money one is paying to rent it for a week.
