Very happy with this rental property. There were a few maintenance issues that we reported and were quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pluses: Great location with wide views of the beach/ocean from the main/family room. Ginormous TV. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Minuses: Not a fan of the fake wood floors, but I get why you do it in a rental. The bottom floor/bedrooms were a bit musty/damp smelling.

Place met our needs but fell below expectations especially for the price. Several maintenance issues that had to be addressed during our stay which interrupted our plans and was a bit of an inconvenience. I was also charged an extra, separate charge after being told that the price of the place I had already paid was the TOTAL cost. That was unexpected and VERY disappointing. Other than those issues, everything was fine. I recommend someone put some TLC into this place before next season.
