For golf enthusiasts, NautiBuoy, is located in the Village at Nags Head community close to the Nags Head Golf Links Championship Golf Course. Just imagine playing 18-holes with the beautiful sound serving as the backdrop.
Of course, with such a convenient location to great restaurants, local shops, and must-see attractions, there is plenty to do even if you're not an avid golfer! Easily walk (or drive) to nearby grocery stores to stock up on the supplies you need to cook at home in the gourmet kitchen or meander around the Outer Banks Mall for a day of shopping.
Because you're on the southern end of town, NautiBuoy is convenient to great day-trip areas like Pea Island and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore where you'll enjoy bird watching, beachcombing, watersports, and more. Take a short drive to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier with Fish Heads Bar & Grill! Spend a few hours on Roanoke Island for shopping, dining and attractions, including Manteo's downtown waterfront overlooking the Elizabeth II sailing vessel, and the Roanoke Marshes lighthouse. This home completed renovations in 2023, adding several enhancements for entertaining, plus all new top-of-the-line furniture, décor, appliances, flooring, large picture windows, new fixtures, an elevator, new 6-person hot tub, a swing bed on the covered deck overlooking the pool and beach, and new front East facing decks offering views of the sound with ample seating.

Upper Level: Expansive Great Room with multiple spaces for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying time with loved ones. Cozy sitting area w/Gas Fireplace (Nov. - Apr. only.), and Wet Bar including an icemaker, wine and beverage fridge. The Large Gourmet Kitchen has double appliances in addition to professional-grade gas oven/stove, a large walk-in pantry frees up counter space with tons of storage, a microwave, and beverage fridge. The large Island has 4 Stools, the Dining Area w/Table has room for 16, plus a Bar Top Table that seats 4. The Game Area has a Pool Table, Arcade Game w/ 60+ games, & Shuffleboard, a Poker/Puzzle Table, Theatre Room with oversized plush seating, Powder Room, Elevator, Access to Sun Deck & Covered Deck.

Pool Heat Fee: $500 (Pool Heat NOT Available for June, July or August)
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher, pool heat does not work if the air temperature is below 60 degrees), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.

We loved the house. However we did have a few issues. Someone previously had broken the mr. coffee pot and it was not replaced. We bought a new one to use but brought it home. The biggest problem was the chairs around the pool. The plastic Adirondack chairs are dangerous. The first day my husband sat in one and sat back on the chair and it broke right at the place where it joins the back. He had several cuts across his left arm. We left it with another chair that was left there previously. I would suggest replacing these chairs with something more stable. We had water leaking in one of the bathrooms under the sink and it took three days to get it repaired. It didn’t look like the pool had been cleaned for had a lot of sand in it. The hot tub jets were barely pulsing too. I think these issues should’ve been taken care of before the season began. The outside shower was also full of sand.

Our house had a wonderful view of the ocean & sunrises. The family really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We found the jets did not work at all on the hot tub. We wanted to use the grill but found it was not cleaned & out of gas. The service guy was great. He took care of the grill & replace the tank. We found the house air filters had not been changed in a long time preventing the air circulation. The same guy took care of this problem & recognized they were in need of replacement. There was one burner on the stove that didn’t work. Overall, the family enjoyed the house & the closeness to the beach. But we found that the house was in need of repair (blind broken, floor tile broken, outside wooden front steps were in need of replacement). We expected the house to be significantly better than what we found for the amount of money we paid.
