An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Only the top-level living room fireplace is available for guest use. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026, and May 28, 2027 and September 5, 2027.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

First time we’ve been able to vacation all together. The house was great, kitchen had every appliance, utensils and space that we needed.

The home was beautiful and had everything to make our trip perfect. Entire process to rent and customer service follow through was excellent. Only negative is we didn't stay longer. Would highly recommend!

We thought it could have been cleaner , especially around the pool area. No toilet paper in some of the bathrooms. Pool heater was not on when we got there. No chemicals were put in the hot tub. Pool person came one day (Sunday). Did not come back to maintain the pool or the hot tub the rest of the week. One of the toilets in a room was constantly running. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other essential cooking supplies. We were happy with ice makers that were working. The open concept of the living room and kitchen was really great. Having an elevator made a Big difference for all of us. Handicap bathroom needs a bigger sink for toiletries.
