We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.

Location to town and beach were perfect! Communication with property was simple, even when we had to add our pet to our trip. The house is lovely and super cozy, lots of stairs, but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. Loved being next to the Tybee theatre!

lots of dirty dishes were in the cupboards. Some of the utensils still had peanut butter on them. therefore, we had to wash a lot of the dishes before we use them.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Inside the rental was clean, comfortable bed. However the outside of the house looks rundown a bit. A good powerwash and trimming the weeds and plants as you enter the front door would be nice. I was afraid to step on the front deck to enjoy the view because the railing looked like they were coming apart from each other. Had a maintenance issues in the shower but it was taken care of very quickly. Overall it was a great stay though. The outside just needs some TLC.

I'm afraid to write this review because I may never get to stay here again because it was such a magical experience. I took my family (two young children) for a rest at the beach. The property is walking distance to the beach for starters and walking distance to the lighthouse (15-20mins). It is also around the corner from TWO icecream shops! The kids were on cloud nine. The two decks on the property also meant lovely hang out spaces. We watched the sunrise from the living room every morning and one morning we went to the beach for the event. I remember this vacation fondly and I thank the team taking care of us.
