Our beautiful stone house is located in the charming and peaceful village of Ano Meria, in the heart of Folegandros island. Ano Meria is a traditional village known for its agricultural heritage, with fields and terraces of olive trees, vineyards, and vegetable gardens. It is a perfect place to experience the authentic Greek island life, away from the tourist crowds.
The village has a few tavernas, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and traditional dishes made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. There are also a few small shops, selling handmade crafts, souvenirs, and local products.
Ano Meria is located just a short distance from some of the island's most beautiful beaches, including Agkali, Vardia, and Livadaki. The beaches offer crystal clear waters and stunning scenery, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing in the sun.

Communication with Eva was very straightforward and pleasant.
The accommodation is much nicer than it looks in the photos: The kitchen is extremely well equipped (filter coffee machine and capsule machine, milk heater, toaster, blender, etc.). The shower also has wonderful side jets, so every time you shower is a wellness experience. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows. We didn't even need the air conditioning because just opening the windows let in a pleasant little breeze.
The absolute highlight for us was the terrace with its breathtaking view. You are completely undisturbed.
We had a car to get around the island. There are also 3 restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation.
We can recommend the accommodation without reservation!
