Surf Song #113 - This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath Surf Song Cottage - Ground floor. The cottage is a separate building apart from all other Surf Song Units. Located on the east side of the complex near the BBQ area 113 has a King in the master bedroom and twin bunk beds and single bed in the guest bedroom. Should you have small children or over night guest there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This recently remodeled beach cottage has a granite kitchen with stainless appliances updated bath and tropical decor. Onsite management office by SunHost. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit. This unit includes access to an EV charger hookup. Tesla Travel Charger Adapter Cable is available upon request.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
Surf Song 113 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

We have been staying in this cottage for the past 5 years and absolutely love it every time! Our kids look forward to it every year.
Parking spot is right at the front door so it’s a plus for me and unloading groceries and suitcases.
The grills are also next door to us making it easy to whip up lunch/dinner.

Our family stays there every year. This is our second time at this cottage. Unfortunately, this time it wasn’t very clean, the floors were sandy, the kitchen counters and stove were sticky, the AC vent itself was dirty. Overall an update is needed, especially the Bedclothes. The bathroom could use an update and better lighting along with a new shower curtain. But again, our family rents yearly so we love it there, the cottage is in the best location as it’s close to the laundry (we have mobility issues), and very quiet I would recommend a deep clean. Close to shopping too. Otherwise, love the staff, very great team. See you next year. Blessings, The Agard family.
