Situated 1 block from quaint downtown Balboa Island, this 2nd floor unit of a duplex offers easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
It's 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths make it perfect for a large family or groups of friends.
Along with its great corner location, the unit has 2 entrances, front stairway and rear stairway for easy loading and unloading of your car from the carport.
Downstairs is also avaliable see "shiny gem on Onyx Ave.

Everything was wonderful already missing it. So it was just my husband and I older couple, didn’t use two thirds of the house, but DON’T care, it was just a great splurge for us that we would do again in a heart beat. Love everything about it. Just hope we can book again before everyone want to stay here. Next year more time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It made our year! The Olsen’s
