Come sneak away to your own private oasis at Paradise condo. This beautiful, fully updated condo is located directly on the beach! Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico while cooking a meal in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen or relaxing on the large furnished balcony.
Perfect for a family of four or two couples, this condo offers free WiFi, three flatscreen, cable TVs, and two bathrooms. On-site, slip into the heated community pool, or grab a towel and take a short walk right out onto the beach to dip your toes into the Gulf.
Take a ride on the free, air-conditioned Island Trolley, accessible just a few hundred feet from your rental, and cruise around Historic Anna Maria Island's seven miles of paradise, filled with wonderful restaurants, boutique shops, waterfront parks, and white sandy beaches.
*PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home with parking pass. 1 designated parking space is provided and guest parking is available, although not guaranteed. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking for any guests without a pass.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. This was an amazing stay! Views from the 2nd floor balcony right onto the beach was breathtaking! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Booking and check in as well as check out were smooth and convenient. Wish we could come back here every year!

Had a problem with the garbage disposal After I reported it someone was there within 15 minutes to fix it. Very nice
