This rental was awesome! The location was excellent. It was an unobstructed beach front property where you can hear the waves crash against the shore. We were able to walk right out to the beach and enjoy a day on the white sand and blue water. The place was very clean and very easy to access. We will most definitely be back to this beautiful property.

Sunset paradise! This property was perfect in every way. This house was a house on the sand and We would stay here again for sure. 10/10 location and 12/10 view! 1 downfall, there was nothing in the way of “beach stuff.” No chairs, umbrellas, noodles or anything. We bought several things and left it there… overall, this place was perfect for us.

Overall this was a good place to stay. It was cute and clean and had a nice view of the beach. Anna Maria Island is pleasant and is close to many things to do.
There are a couple of things to be aware of. First of all, there is a rather large extra fee for paying by credit card which should have been disclosed in the listing, and it was a bit of a hassle getting the payments sorted out. Also, there was some noise in the unit. We could hear the tenants in the unit above us walking around and doing things, and the condo is also next to a rather busy street with some traffic noise.
