This spacious beach house is exactly what you need to leave all your worries behind and create unforgettable memories at the Oregon Coast! This dog-friendly getaway also boasts incredible ocean views that you can appreciate from the inside as well as an outdoor dining area to enjoy meals al fresco.
You will be just moments away from the ocean and only three miles from Nehalem Bay State Park and its scenic hiking trails. Downtown Nehalem also boasts great shopping and dining. The city of Manzanita, located less than two miles south, offers more dining and shopping options. Rent a surfboard and head to Short Sands Beach only four and a half miles north and spend your day riding the waves.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises
Fireplace is not an amenity
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Plenty of space for everyone with the 5 bedrooms, earlier reviews complained of pet odor, that’s been fixed. The home was clean and odor free. Thank you for a relaxing space to come home to.

The home was perfect to stay in for our Oregon coast vacation for a party of five and two dogs. The pictures online don’t do it justice. The space and amenities were perfect and the view was a wonderful surprise!! I hope that Vacasa takes care of the ant problem however and does more routine deep cleaning to help maintain this beautiful home.

Vacasa needs to do better! We arrived, opened the lock box and no key! Called Vacasa and they said they would send someone out. An hour later, no key yet, so called again and was given code to alternate lockbox. Once inside, turned on lights but many lightbulbs missing. The next day Justin brought keys over and was a great help with managing the tv. No instructions had been provided. No cable available, just Netflix.
This is an older home with a nice living and kitchen area. Great views of the ocean. Nice walk to the beach. Friendly home for dogs.
