Super close to the sea, just a 3 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach!
When someone arrived at the apartment above, you could here every step quite loudly.

Location, accessibility to hikes and to Nehalem and Manzanita. Shower was nice.
I never like people walking above me. I have not lived in an apartment for 40 years, and my vacations are usually taken in higher to highest quality units where there is little, if any, neighbor noise. Had I known we were to be assigned to this downstairs unit in advance, I never would have taken it. I was surprised there were no Keurig coffee pods supplied. Why?

The location is wonderful once we found it. Lol. The fenced yard was great. My two Schnazers loved it. Walking distance to beach. The place itself is wonderful. Spa like shower in bathroom. Very cozy. Great kitchen. Bed comfy.
We loved the place except. The address says Nehalem, no , it is located not far from Manzinita - 2 miles from Nehalam. The address is actually in Neeakanee Beach. so had a rough time finding it. The cleaning crew were just showing up when we were to check-in We had gotten a confirmation that we could check in between 4 and 5 and we showed up at 4:10. I had to fold towels and sheets that were left in the dryer. Then we found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from previous tenant. After trying to start dishwasher finally called rental company they sent out maintenance ----dishwasher button burnt out. The previous tenant failed to report it. So had to do dishes by hand the 3 days we were there. So we were off to a very rocky start. But through all of this Barb at the rental company was very kind and helpful. We would love to go back back again.

Close to the beach, nice kitchen. Game room had an electronic dart board.
This unit is supposed to sleep four, but there weren't any blankets or bedspread for the bed. The MGMT brought a bedspread on the first night, but never responded to our request for a blanket. There was black mold creeping across the shower ceiling. The smoke detector sounded if you used a hair dryer in the bathroom with the door ajar.
