⭐️"This is hands-down one of the most beautiful places I've ever had the pleasure of staying! I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have an event at the Grand Hotel. This particular trip was special because Dave's place is where I stayed with my bridesmaids before my wedding. The photos of the space are great, but everything is so much more stunning in person. It was spacious, comfy, clean, and was the perfect spot to accommodate the whole crew. Dave gave excellent recommendations, was so very helpful, and quick to reply. Nestled along picturesque Scenic 98, our five bed coastal home offers an amazing blend of southern comfort, charming style, and amazing access. Take a stroll along the bay, swim at picturesque beaches, enjoy amazing seafood, play golf at world-class golf courses - this house has it all! Our location is great for events at the Marriott Grand Hotel and Lakewood Golf Club, and our space is great for groups to spend time together!
Prime Coastal Location: Enjoy breathtaking Gulf Coast views and ready access to multiple local beaches (e.g., Magnolia Beach, South Beach, and beautiful Gulf Shores / Orange Beach). Public bay access at Palmetto Ave is a thirty second walk north and Mullet Point Park is a mile south with a public boat launch, picnic tables and a covered pavilion, all with expansive views of the bay.
Spacious Living: The open-concept living area is perfect for spending time with friends and family, while private front and back decks offer a serene spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails with a view of the bay. This beautifully decorated house features 4 bedrooms, 5 queen size+ beds, and 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and fun.

Fairhope: A short, beautiful 10-minute drive up Scenic 98 takes you into the charming town of Fairhope. Fairhope captivates visitors with its unique blend of Southern hospitality and coastal beauty. Renowned for its picturesque views and quaint, walkable downtown, Fairhope offers a delightful mix of art galleries, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. The town's beautiful parks and serene waterfront provide perfect spots for relaxation and outdoor activities.
The sidewalk in front of our home is a part of the Eastern Shore Trail, which runs 22 miles from Interstate 10 down the eastern shore of Mobile Bay all the way down to Weeks Bay. You’ll encounter walkers (and their pups!), runners, and casual cyclists on the trail and you can walk for miles in either directions. In some parts of the trail you’re walking right beside the bay, and in other parts you’ll be a bit inland from the water. You’ll see lots of public access areas along the way that will put you on sandy beaches and bulkheaded areas with great views.

We live close by and like to stop by and greet guests at check in when we can, and we're available during normal hours through the app and website.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was so very friendly and welcoming. He was very attentive and accommodating from the very first moment we booked which was several months prior to our stay.The home was super clean and had every amenity you could possibly need, they have thought of everything! We will definitely book in the future!

Beautiful home included everything we needed down to a coffee maker, steamer, and ironing board. Beds, pillows, seating inside and out was very comfortable. The home was in a nice location too. The host was very helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. The glass walls of the shower had some soap residue and there was dust on ceiling fan but other than that very clean. If we’re ever back in the area, will definitely stay here again.
