Gulf View Home on Cape San Blas
Beach Days is the perfect vacation home where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the beach as well as the surrounding area. With a freshly remodeled kitchen and family room, this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home is pet friendly for dogs 50 lbs. or less and is set up with outdoor living in mind. This home has amazing Gulf views and is a few steps to the beach. There is also a covered wraparound deck with baby/doggy gates at both sets of stairs.
The main level features a kitchen/dining area, living room, and three bedrooms. The KING bedroom has a full private bath with dual sinks, a shower, and a tub. The Queen bedroom has a TV and full bath with a shower and pair of sinks. The third bedroom has Bunk Beds direct access to the second bath, a 50” TV, and a door that opens to the deck.
The top floor is an open loft with a dining table, futon, and TV. The best part of the loft is the wraparound windows with towering views of the Gulf and the Bay. You can catch amazing sunrises with a hot cup of coffee and evening cocktails with unforgettable sunsets from this comfortable area.
The spacious outdoor area features a private 12’ x 24’ pool with a 20’ x 42’ paver pool deck along with patio furniture, loungers, and a roomy covered deck with a bar and picnic area.
Outdoors, the property has a mostly fenced yard (the driveway is the only space not fenced in) to help keep your children and puppies safe. A propane as well as a charcoal grill are available. For your pleasure, there is also a fire pit on the beach side of the home with plenty of seating that’s perfect for those starlit evenings, roasting hot dogs, making S’mores, and creating unforgettable family memories. The upstairs rear covered deck overlooking the pool area has an outdoor dining set. The newly added beach side cantilevered deck is perfect for sunset viewing and stargazing.
There is covered concrete parking below the home along with plenty of extra vehicles or boat parking.

The house and property was 10/10. The pool was very clean and well maintained! The entire house and property was very clean and very kept up with. The only thing that wasn’t great was the beach access due to erosion. There was a 8ft+ straight drop at the end of the trail. My boyfriend and I are young and active and we STRUGGLED to get up and down. He had to pull me up every time we went back to the house, because I couldn’t make it back up. It’s almost impossible to take chairs or a cooler to the beach because of it. It could definitely use some stairs at the bottom like the other properties nearby.
