Wonderful. The property could really use updating - furniture, rugs still pretty wrecked. New toilets needed! But I chose it for the deck, and that was amazing.

The location cannot be beat! It was a great vacation for a large family. The unit itself needed some attention/updating (broken appliances, dated furnishings, etc.), but the staff were quick to respond to as best as they could. We will return to Wrightsville Dunes again!

This is a condo complex and great that there is an elevator. My issues are that the owner needs to do some updates. The kitchen is really nice but the items in it are not. The owner needs to throw out all pots and pans. Nobody wants to cook on teflon that is very scratched. I went to Target and bought a new frying pan, pot and sheet pan. Just buy stainless steel pots and pans and they will last forever. I also had to buy a cheese grater and carrot peeler. The second thing and it is big.. please replace the master mattress! It is so worn. It also looks like it has years of pee and stains on it. I washed the mattress pad and put on 2 sets of sheets. The couches in the living room ate 1990's worn out leather. They are so uncomfortable and worn. The complex itself is nice and the pool was very clean.
