# Welcome to Penthouse 3000 at Tim's Ocean Condos
Penthouse 3000 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront penthouse with approximately 2,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.
Located at the top of the resort, this two-story penthouse has something that cannot easily be captured in photographs: the views.
The Caribbean Sea stretches out in brilliant shades of turquoise and blue. Look north and the Cancun Hotel Zone follows the coastline into the distance. Turn the other direction and beautiful lagoon views complete the panorama.
Tim still remembers walking into Penthouse 3000 for the first time. After more than 20 years renting beachfront vacation properties in Cancun, these remain among the most incredible views he has ever seen.
## Inside Penthouse 3000
Penthouse 3000 was designed for families and groups who want more than a traditional hotel room.
The penthouse includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, spacious living areas, and two private balconies.
The two-story design creates separation between living and sleeping areas. Meanwhile, the balconies provide private outdoor spaces for enjoying the Cancun sunshine and remarkable views.
A full kitchen is provided, along with clean drinking water from the kitchen's reverse-osmosis system.
Private Wi-Fi is also provided inside the penthouse. Charging stations with electrical outlets and USB connections are available throughout the bedrooms and living areas.
Quality linens, oversized cotton bath towels, and eight large beach towels are provided for your stay.
## Your Beachfront Location
Penthouse 3000 is located directly on the beach at kilometer 19.5 of Cancun's famous Hotel Zone.
The location provides convenient access to Cancun International Airport while keeping guests directly on the Caribbean Sea.
Restaurants and a convenience store are located across the street. Cancun's additional restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife can easily be reached.
Public buses operate throughout the Hotel Zone, making it simple to explore Cancun without renting a car.

Tim and Megan discovered Cancun more than 20 years ago. They had been renting beachfront vacation property in Florida. After experiencing Cancun, they decided to sell their Florida properties and begin building what eventually became Tim's Ocean Condos.
Today, our focus remains simple: provide beautiful beachfront penthouses with the personal service that can be difficult to find with an ordinary vacation rental.
Local assistance is also provided in Cancun. Our onsite property manager is available at the resort Monday through Saturday during regular daytime hours.
## In-Home Mexican Cooking
One of our guests' favorite services is in-home cooking.
Local cooks can prepare an authentic Mexican meal right inside your penthouse. The service can include grocery shopping and meal preparation, with meals served buffet style.

## Before Booking Penthouse 3000
Penthouse 3000 is a special rooftop property.
The resort elevator travels to the seventh floor. From there, three flights of stairs must be climbed to reach the penthouse.
There are no neighboring units at the rooftop level.
During regular onsite management hours, assistance with luggage can be provided. Guests with mobility limitations should carefully consider the stair access before reserving Penthouse 3000.

Penthouse 3000 was incredible. Beautiful rooms with unsurpassed views. It was extremely peaceful and quiet. Tim is a great host, and was able to accommodate my early arrival due to weather conditions. We would stay there again.

The location was very convenient to the airport and a short bus ride to downtown. The views were as promised. SPECTACULAR!!! The resort is not giant, which is what we like, and has all that you need. The optional all-inclusive was another big draw for us. The host and property manager get 10 stars for their prompt and courteous communication and assistance. They will be seeing us again.

The view from the terrace is even better than in the pictures! We had a great stay: we loved the flexibility for check-in and check-out. We were always getting immediate answers to our questions. The resort is at the end of the zona Hotelera, but buses that go up and down are passing by continuously! So, definitely a great place. Highly recommended!

The pros…The views from this property are unmatched. They are gorgeous and you get to see both the beach side and lagoon side beautifully. Abdiel was very kind, interactive, and responded to anything we needed right away. There was a lot of space and each room had its own bathroom. It is easy to catch a bus to go out to dinner if wanting to. We did all inclusive one day and really liked the food! The downsides to staying in the penthouse…one of the two elevators at the property was not working our whole stay. The other shut down a few times which made it difficult to get up and down quickly. Many things need to be renovated in the penthouse such as the kitchen ceiling was leaking, a toilet wasn’t working when we got there, two of the glass doors don’t lock, there is no dishwasher or oven. The small coffee shop in the lobby does not have a lot of eating options like we thought it would after reading about it. Heads up there really is only one pool there and the hot tub is not hot.
